Now more than ever, you can count on Toastmasters to help you through life’s challenges. While the world has experienced a massive economic downturn in the past year, Toastmasters International has grown by nearly 6 percent, with 1,073 new clubs chartering – an all-time high in the history of the organization. That means there are now more than 12,500 clubs with 250,000 members in 106 countries. In addition, fifty-six districts achieved Distinguished status, surpassing all previous years. Toastmasters remains strong thanks to the members’ hard work and commitment to helping others become more confident speakers and leaders.
