Proposal A Passes!

Proposal A: Global Representation and Support was approved by members of the organization at the Annual Business Meeting held during the Toastmasters International Convention on August 14, 2009. The proposal required a two-thirds vote and it passed by a decisive margin.
This proposal improves the organization’s structure by enhancing global representation with 14 regions and directors. The Nominating Committee will be replaced by the International Leadership Committee (ILC) in September 2009.
