WHQ Inventory: What It Means to You

World Headquarters' Inventory Time is Coming!
It’s that time of year again! World Headquarters is conducting physical inventory from December 17, 2009, to January 4, 2010.
What does this mean for you?
As part of TI’s inventory process, we will be unable to process the following transactions between December 17, 2009, and January 4, 2010 (including all submissions by mail and/or online):
- Supply orders
- New member kits
- Charter kits
- Education award certificates (including free advanced manuals)
As a result, submissions received by Wednesday, December 16, 2009, 11:59 p.m., PST, will be processed and shipped. Orders received after that date will be held and processed after January 4, 2010.
In addition to the Toastmasters’ online store, the club and district business sections of the Web site will be inactive from December 17, 2009, to January 4, 2010.
We suggest that if you can’t submit your transactions prior to December 17 consider holding your submissions until January 4 and then enter the information online. Submitting everything online will be the fastest way to get your materials.
Please note that the deadline for Club Officer submissions has been extended to January 15, 2010.
