Relevant Work Experience: As Manager of Business Support Services, Ralph coordinates the acquisition, implementation and support of enterprise software applications used throughout a statewide organization with over 9,000 employees. In addition, for 12 years he has been on the board of directors of the largest financial cooperative in the state of New Mexico. These experiences have given him skills in leadership, financial planning & strategic visioning.

He has also served in board leadership for a $900 million credit union, guiding the strategic and financial concerns of that organization.
